PR and Communications Adviser

I am Naomi and, of course, I too have a long-standing connection with Girlguiding. As a child I was in both Brownies and Guides, then throughout my twenties and thirties, went on to volunteer in a number of brownie units in Coventry and Reading. Although I am currently not volunteering face to face with girls, I was so pleased to be able to offer support to Girlguiding in a different way – through the county PR and comms adviser role. I am passionate about the great mark that women and girls have in this world and believe that Girlguiding offers opportunities for challenge and adventure leading girls to fulfil their full potential. It’s because of this that I want to be part of the Girlguiding team  

As well as direct experience with Girlguiding, I have a background in communications and marketing as well as my own little girl at home!  

I look forward to finding out about many guiding adventures.
