Come and join Girlguiding Bucks
WE WILL PROVIDE:
Come and join Girlguiding Bucks for a fun day out at Chessington World of Adventures. We will provide discounted tickets, risk assessments, leader’s pack to include maps of the park, details of the rides, first aid and other useful information for the day. County will be subsidising the cost of full coaches by 50%.
LEADERS NEED TO ORGANISE:
Leaders need to organise transport to and from the park and their own home contact. County will be subsidising the cost of full coaches from around the county by 50%. Leaders will need to take such things as their girls’ consent forms, an emergency contacts list and a small first aid kit (full details in the leader’s pack).
EVERYONE NEEDS:
Everyone will need packed lunches (or allow for cost of purchasing food), snacks, drinks, suitable footwear and coats/waterproofs. Uniform is to be worn for this event.
MERLIN PASS HOLDERS
Merlin pass holders are welcome to attend but will need to book their own tickets in the usual way as well as register via the booking form. If a badge is required for pass holders this needs to be added to your booking form.
TIMINGS
Arrival – 10am or later
Departure – any time until the park closes at 5pm

Costs
£25 per adult or Ranger/ Young Leader aged 16+
£19 per child aged 15 and under
Free tickets are available for:
- 1:1 carers with a registered disabled person
- Children under 90cm (however they may not be able to go on some rides)
- Rainbow/Brownie Leaders – 1 free adult (aged 18+) ticket for every 5 Rainbows/Brownies
- Guide/Ranger Leaders – 1 free adult (aged 18+) ticket for every 10 Guides/Rangers/YL aged 15 and under

How to Apply for Tickets
To complete a booking you must click the link below to complete the form AND you must follow the instructions below to pay for your booking.
Your booking will then be confirmed by county office by email and you will receive a receipt for your payment.
