‘Going Away With’ Scheme Skills Day

Is this the first time you want to take your girls on a residential? or are you feeling a bit rusty because you haven’t run a residential in a while or just need an update? This Going Away With Skills Day will give you all you need to prepare to run a residential event for Rainbows, Brownies, Guides or Rangers and achieve the GAW qualification.

The cost of the skills day is, £15.00 for up to 2 leaders, it is a legitimate expense against your unit accounts.  If you are going to work towards gaining the qualification, download the ‘Going Away With Scheme’ and the ‘Going Away with Guiding’ from the online shop. Have a look at what you need to do and bring your questions. You can attend for the modules you wish to complete.

All modules
Registration 9.00am – finish 5.00pm

Modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 – (FOR THE BASIC GAW ONLY)
Registration 9.00am – finish 1.30pm

Modules 5,6,7,and 8
Registration 1.20pm – finish 5pm
