Leader Development Programme
The leader development programme, sometimes referred to as the LDP, is a self-led, flexible learning journey for anyone who wants to become a Girlguiding leader.
The leader development programme has been with us for over a year now and we would like to invite you to an "air and share" session to share your experiences and to gain knowledge of how the programme is working, in county and also nationally.
Air and share sessions
These special sessions are open for commissioners, mentors, prospective mentors, leaders in training and existing leaders.
