Girl’s Advocate Panel (GAP) is a new region youth panel offering the opportunity for twelve 16-25 members, with one representative from each county in our region, to have their voice heard at region level. The youth members will work alongside the assistant chief commissioner to play a key role in shaping future strategies, promoting Girlguiding and collaborating with the region team. It is crucial to consistently place girls at the forefront of our initiatives, ensuring that every decision, regardless of its magnitude, is guided by the perspectives of our girls and young women.
